By day, Teddi Rene’ is a Systems Engineer with a major international consulting firm and has more than 7 years of formal education, training, and experience in Behavior Modification. She has spent the better part of the last 7 years studying and researching procrastination and it's contributing factors to better understand why we don’t do the things we know we want to and say we will do.
Combining her years of expertise in Behavior Modification, Systems Engineering, and Strategic Planning with her desire to affect change, Teddi had dedicated her life to helping young adult women navigate major life transitions. Helping women utilize efficient workflows, increase productivity, and implement passion-driven, energy and life management skills that save time and remove overwhelm.
A Prince George’s County, MD native, Teddi Rene’ holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from THEE Bowie State University and a Master’s in Systems Engineering from the University of Maryland University College. In addition to being the founder of United Kweendom, a platform that matched Black women with coaches, experts, and consultants, Teddi Rene’ is also the proud owner of Paraphernalia University, LLC , and the host of The Kween Conversations Podcast.
A proud mother of two, Teddi Rene’ has mastered strategic life integration as a working professional, entrepreneur, and thought-leader while encouraging other women of color to build their unique legacies on their own terms and in their own way.
As the host of The Kween Conversations Podcast, she highlights other Black women who are on their own evolutionary paths to inspire and educate her audience through shared experiences.
As the owner of Paraphernalia University, she is helping brands, podcasters, and small business owners monetize their brands through selling quality, profitable, custom merchandise.
Whenever the opportunity presents itself, Teddi Rene’ is a Diversity and Inclusion Champion for those who have yet to find their voice and are challenged with navigating their professional space. Whether its negotiations, system development, or business strategy, Teddi Rene’ aims to help Black women to live their lives out loud
